This survey provided a valuable opportunity for me to gather feedback during my first year as a CAS coordinator. I am pleased to see that the responses from all groups align with the areas I had already identified for improvement in the upcoming school year. One of my main focuses this year was developing a comprehensive handbook that clearly outlines expectations and guidelines for students. Moving forward, I aim to enhance communication efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders are actively engaged and have a clear understanding of the program's expectations and student experiences.

Overall, I am satisfied with the feedback received in my current middle-leadership position, and I am committed to further improving the program for the coming years, enabling a smooth transition for future coordinators to continue its success. As a next step, I aspire to progress into an administrative position as an MYP coordinator, building upon the experience gained as a CAS coordinator.
